چکیده

از برجسته‌ترین چالش‌های موجود در تبیین قدرت‌یابی واحدها در جهان پرآشوب کنونی، سیال شدن محیط راهبردی جهانی، نرخ سریع تغییرات و پیچیدگی‌های فزاینده در نظام بین‌الملل، دگرسانی در سازه‌های نظم و گذار از سیستم‌های ساده و کلاسیک به سیستم‌های پیچیده و آشوبی است. در این سیستم‌ها، روندها و واقعیت‌های نوپدید و پویش‌های قدرت به گونه­‌ای بسیار برجسته، ناهمسانی و ناهم‌طرازی در ژئوپلتیک قدرت و سازه‌های نظم را پدیدار نموده و فراوری و بازتولید قدرت توسط واحدها را به پدیده‌ای سیستمی و شبکه‌ای تبدیل کرده است. بر این مبنا، پژوهش حاضر، در پی پاسخ‌گویی به این پرسش اساسی است که بر اساس چرخش‌های اساسی شکل گرفته در چرخه ‌قدرت جهانی و واقعیت‌های نوپدید سیاست جهان، « قدرت‌­سازی و قدرت‌یابی کنشگران از جمله جمهوری اسلامی ایران چگونه امکان عملیاتی پیدا می کند؟» در این چارچوب، این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از رهیافت روشی ابداکتیو درصدد نشان دادن رابطه معنادار میان ژئوپلتیک شبکه‌ای و هیبریدی در محیط نظام بین‌الملل کنونی و قدرت‌یابی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در وضعیت پیچیدگی می باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می دهد که " قدرت‌یابی کنشگران از جمله جمهوری اسلامی ایران در یک زنجیره علی در چرخه‌های محلی، منطقه‌ای و جهانی(تلفیق سطوح) و حوزه‌های موضوعی مختلف (درهم تنیدگی و تلفیق بخش‌ها) بر پایه قواعد شبکه و شبکه‌سازی ژئوپلتیکی، امکان عملیاتی پیدا می کند. در این راستا، مبتنی بر بنیان‌های هستی‌شناسانه و شناخت‌شناسانه نظریه پیچیدگی و آشوب و گزاره‌های نظری مندرج در آن الگوی نوینی در موضوع قدرت‌یابی واحدها تحت عنوان ژئوپلتیک شبکه‌ای– هیبریدی مطرح می گردد که در نوع خود رویکردی متفاوت و آینده‌نگرانه نسبت به پدیده قدرت‌یابی و نقش‌یابی بازیگران در صحنه سیاست بین‌الملل نوین محسوب می شود.
