رویکرد اخوان‌المسلمین در قبال فرآیند دموکراسی در مصر

چکیده

اگرچه «اخوان‌المسلمین» از بدو تأسیس تا کنون نقش به‌سزایی در شکل گیری روند تحولات مصر داشته است، با این حال در سال‌های اخیر و به‌ویژه پس از وقوع انقلاب 25 ژانویه 2011 این گروه خود با تحولات سینوسی سترگی روبه‌رو شده است. تکیه بر سریر قدرت با کسب نخستین منصب ریاست جمهوری مصر پس از انقلاب توسط محمد مرسی و سقوط ناگهانی وی از قدرت و انحلال این جمعیت و حتی دستگیری و محاکمه پیشروان این نهضت، جمعیت اخوان و رهروان آن‌ها را با چالش بزرگی در خصوص چگونگی نقش‌آفرینی آن‌ها در آیندۀ سیاسی مصر روبه‌رو ساخته است. در واقع اگر وقوع انقلاب 25 ژانویه را کوششی برای کنار زدن دیکتاتوری از صحنۀ سیاست مصر و پیروزی محمد مرسی در انتخابات ژوئن 2012 را اولین تلاش جدی برای تثبیت دموکراسی در مصر در نظر بگیریم، سرنگونی مرسی و به تبع آن انحلال اخوان‌المسلمین تنها چند ماه پس از انتخابات آن هم با بهانه عدم رعایت قواعد دموکراسی توسط اخوان‌المسلمین و البته با وقوع کنشی شبه کودتایی در مصر، پرسش های چندی را در تحلیل دقیق تحولات فعلی و چشم‌انداز آتی مصر و به‌ویژه نوع واکنش اخوان به این وضعیت به‌وجود آورده است. خصوصاً اگر بپذیریم جمعیت اخوان در حال حاضر صرفاً به‌لحاظ نهادی با خطر انحلال کامل روبه‌رو شده و به‌لحاظ اندیشه ای همچنان می تواند از آبشخورهای بیش از 8 دهۀ حیات خود بهره بگیرد، پرسش هایی از این قسم مطرح خواهد شد که اولاً اخوانی‌ها به عنوان گروهی اسلام گرا با عطف توجه به تجربیات نزدیک به 80 سالۀ خود تا چه اندازه با قواعد دموکراسی به معنای واقعی آن آشنا هستند و ثانیاً تا چه حد آن‌گونه‌که مخالفان اخوان معتقدند پس از کسب قدرت در مصر انقلابی، آرمان های دموکراتیک این کشور را رعایت یا زیر پا گذاشتند.
