چکیده
این مقاله به بررسی تأثیر میانجیگری چین میان ایران و عربستان بر بازتعریف مواضع ریاض در قبال
گفتگوهای جدید ایران و آمریکا می‌پردازد. پرسش اصلی مقاله این است تأثیر میانجیگری چین میان ایران و عربستان بر مواضع ریاض در قبال گفتگوهای جدید ایران و آمریکا چگونه ارزیابی می‌شود؟ فرضیه محوری مقاله از طریق چارچوب نظری «سازه‌انگاری» و روش‌شناسی و رویکرد مبتنی بر روش‌های کیفی و توصیفی-تحلیلی بر این نکته استوار است که میانجیگری چین در سال 2023 میان ایران و عربستان به‌عنوان یک قدرت غیر غربی با استفاده از ابزارهای اقتصادی-امنیتی، موجب گذار هویتی عربستان از «دشمنی مطلق» به «رقابت مشروط» با ایران، بازتعریف الگوی سنتی تقابل میان ایران و عربستان در خاورمیانه و تغییر محسوس در موضع‌گیری ریاض نسبت به برجام شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نقش‌آفرینی چین، نه‌تنها معادلات امنیتی خاورمیانه را دگرگون کرده، بلکه موجب بازتعریف الگوهای هویتی سنتی در رویکرد ایران و عربستان نسبت به یکدیگر و نیز کاهش تنش مستقیم میان ایران و عربستان شده است. این تحول گویای این مطلب است که تعدیل در راهبردهای تقابلی میان ایران و عربستان، زمینه را برای انعطاف بیشتر ریاض در قبال گفتگوهای جدید ایران و آمریکا فراهم کرده است.
