چکیده
حضور اسرائیل در قلب درگیریها و چالشهای امنیتی چندین دهۀ گذشتۀ خاورمیانه، پیوند عمیقی میان امنیت ملی اسرائیل و تحولات منطقهای ایجاد کرده است. پژوهش حاضر، در پی تجزیهوتحلیل مؤلفههای تأثیرگذار بر راهبرد امنیتی اسرائیل در برابر بحران سوریه در بازۀ زمانی 2021-2011 است. پرسش اصلی پژوهش این است که «ویژگیهای بحران سوریه در بازۀ زمانی 2021-2011 چگونه بر راهبرد امنیتی اسرائیل در برابر این بحران تأثیرگذار بوده است؟» یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد، «بحران سوریه بهدلیل سرایت احتمالی آن به اسرائیل از طریق درگیریها در جولان سوریه، مهاجرت آوارگان فلسطینی مقیم سوریه و دروزیهای سوری به اسرائیل، و دستیابی گروههای ضداسرائیل به تسلیحات راهبردی سوریه درصورت سقوط دولت اسد، برای اسرائیل، نوظهور، غافلگیرکننده و دربردارندۀ میزان تهدید شدید، ولی زمان پاسخگویی کافی بود». راهبرد امنیتی اسرائیل در این مرحله، مبتنیبر «سیاست دخالت محدود» بود؛ ولی با حضور نظامی ایران و متحدانش برای حمایت از دولت اسد و نقش آنها در تغییر موازنه بهنفع دولت سوریه و استقرارشان در جنوب سوریه در اواخر سال ۲۰۱۶، بحران سوریه برای اسرائیل به برنامهای، پیشبینیشده با تهدیدی شدیدتر و زمان پاسخگویی کافی تبدیل شد و راهبرد اسرائیل از دخالت محدود به راهبرد کاملاً تهاجمی «جنگ بین جنگها» (مبام) علیه ایران و متحدانش در سالهای 2017 تا 2021 تغییر یافت که بر ایجاد منطقۀ حائل در جنوب سوریه و بمباران گسترده و پرتلفات نیروهای ایران و متحدانش در سرتاسر خاک سوریه متمرکز بوده است. روش بهکاررفته برای انجام این پژوهش، روش توصیفیـتحلیلی بوده و برای گردآوری دادهها نیز از منابع کتابخانهای و اینترنتی استفاده شده است.
