ریشه‌های اندیشۀ سیاسی و مذهبی طالبان افغانستان (1996-2001)

چکیده
مکتب دیوبندی که یکی از مکاتب فکری – مذهبی عمده در جنوب شرق آسیاست، تأثیر به سزایی در عملکرد و اعتقادات بنیادگرایان دینی به خصوص در افغانستان داشته است. طالبان که دانش آموختگان این مکتب بوده‌اند با تأثیرپذیری از آن بسیاری از اصول و قواعد حکومت خود را پایه‌گذاری کردند. با اشغال افغانستان توسط شوروی سابق و مهاجرت خیل زیادی از افغان‌ها به پاکستان و با درنظر داشت هم تباری و هم زبانی برخی از این مهاجرین ( پشتون‌ها ) با علمای این مکتب، باعث شد تا این افراد جذب مدارس دینی شده و به طلاب علوم دینی تبدیل شوند که توسط مدارس علمیه دیوبندی آموزش داده می‌شدند. با حمایت‌های دولت وقت پاکستان و جابجایی این افراد بین دو کشور افغانستان و پاکستان، خیلی زود اصول و اندیشه‌های این مکتب بین افراد طالبان گسترش یافت. در این تحقیق در پی پاسخگویی به این سؤال هستیم که اندیشه سیاسی و مذهبی طالبان از کجا نشأت می‌گیرد؟ فرضیه اصلی تحقیق مبنی بر این است که گروه طالبان با پیروی از آموزه‌های مکتب دیوبندی، بسیاری از اصول و قواعد حکومت خود را طی سال‌های 1996-2001 پایه‌گذاری کردند. برای ارزیابی فرضیه تحقیق، نویسندگان از نظریه پخش استفاده کردند که یکی از نظریه‌های معتبر برای ارزیابی و سنجش چگونگی گسترش هر نوع نوآوری فکری یا فیزیکی استفاده می‌شود. این تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و برای جمع‌آوری منابع نیز از روش کتابخانه‌ای استفاده شده است.
