چکیده
اگرچه ترامپ، جمهوری اسلامی ایران را به‌عنوان یک تهدید برای امنیت و منافع ایالات متحده معرفی کرد و موفق شد درون ایالات متحده در راستای امنیتی کردن موفقیت‌آمیز جمهوری اسلامی ایران اقدام کند، لیکن نتوانست در معرفی ایران به‌عنوان تهدیدی برای امنیت بین‌الملل در سطح جامعۀ جهانی، موفق عمل کند؛ به‌عنوان نمونه، در جلسۀ 14 اوت 2020 (24 مرداد 1399) شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد، از میان 15 عضو شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد، تنها دو کشور به قطعنامۀ پیشنهادی ایالات متحده که مانع لغو محدودیت‌های تسلیحاتی اعمالی بر ایران می‌شد، رأی مثبت دادند. درحالی‌که اگر ترامپ در تلاش برای معرفی ایران به‌عنوان تهدیدی برای امنیت بین‌الملل موفق عمل می‌کرد، بی‌تردید، همه یا اکثریت اعضای شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد به قطعنامۀ یادشده رأی مثبت می‌دادند. اگرچه می‌توان از چارچوب‌های نظری گوناگونی برای توضیح و تشریح این موضوع استفاده کرد، اما پژوهش حاضر با کاربست مفهوم «کلان‌امنیتی‌سازی» که توسط مکتب کپنهاگ مطرح شده و جزئی از نظریۀ «امنیتی‌سازی» یا «امنیتی‌کردن» این مکتب است، درصدد واکاوی علل این موضوع برآمده است؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر در پاسخ به این پرسش اصلی که «علل موفقیت‌آمیز و نتیجه‌بخش نبودن کنش گفتاری ترامپ در کلان‌امنیتی‌سازی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و معرفی ایران به‌عنوان یک تهدید برای امنیت بین‌الملل چه مواردی است؟» فرضیۀ خود را ارائه داده و در آن به پنج علت اشاره کرده است. این پژوهش را می‌توان نوعی پژوهش کیفی‌ـ‌کمی به‌شمار آورد که در آن از ابزارهای کیفی‌ای نظیر بررسی محتوایی‌ـ‌کیفی هشت سخنرانی/ اظهارنظر/ بیانیۀ ترامپ و ابزارهای کمی‌ای مانند نتایج نظرسنجی‌های مراکز معتبر غربی استفاده شده است.
