چکیده
الگوی همگرایی اقتصادی در چارچوب اقتصاد سیاسی تعاملی‌ـ‌پراکنشی در جهان امروز الگویی نظم‌ساز در سیاست جهانی است که پیگیری آن به قدرت‌سازی و کسب اعتبار و وزن بین‌المللی کشورها کمک می‌کند. اقتصاد سیاسی تعامل‌محور و پراکنشی، از دهۀ ۲۰۰۰ میلادی در ساختار سیاسی قطر، به‌عنوان یک ضرورت گریزناپذیر در راستای تولید قدرت منطقه‌ای‌ـ‌بین‌المللی مطرح شد. گزینش این رهیافت از سوی نظام حکمرانی قطر، به‌این‌معناست که این کشور می‌بایست با خوشه‌سازی ارتباطی و شبکه‌سازی در سطح منطقه و فرامنطقه، به اصل ارتباط پایدار اقتصادی و سیاسی برای تأمین منافع و کسب وجهۀ بین‌المللی به‌عنوان یک کنشگر فعال و متوازن، عمل کند. اکنون پرسش این است که «الگوی اقتصاد سیاسی قطر، به‌عنوان مؤلفۀ تولید قدرت در نظام بین‌الملل، چگونه عمل‌کرده است؟» و «این الگو دارای چه ویژگی‌هایی است؟» پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی‌ـ‌تحلیلی و با تکیه بر منابع کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی اطلاعات اقتصادی قطر در پی تبیین ژئواکونومی تعاملی قطر از منظر اقتصاد سیاسی، به‌عنوان پایۀ قدرت‌ساز این کشور در نظام بین‌الملل است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهد که ابعاد تعاملی اقتصاد سیاسی قطر در پی انطباق‌گرایی و خودگسترشی در نظام بین‌الملل است.
