پیوند افزایش منافع اقتصادی با راهبرد نظامی‌امنیتی چین در منطقۀ منا

چکیده
چین از اوایل دهه 1990 به‌تبع تأمین انرژی خود به سمت توسعه و بسط همکاری با کشورهای منطقه منا حرکت کرد. این کشور از سال 2004 نیز با ایجاد مجمع همکاری دولت‌های عرب-چین، به همکاری‌های خود با کشورهای منطقه منا تحرک بخشید. حضور اقتصادی چین در منطقه منا در حال افزایش است. سؤال اصلی مقاله این است که چگونه حضور نظامی-امنیتی چین در منطقه منا افزایش خواهد یافت؟ فرضیه مقاله این است که حضور اقتصادی و سرمایه‌گذاری‌های فزاینده چین، حضور نظامی را برای تأمین امنیت آن می‌طلبد. یافته-های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که افزایش منافع چین در منطقه منا (حفظ امنیت انرژی، صیانت از نیم میلیون شهروند و شرکت‌های سرمایه-گذار) مسبب اصلی افزایش حضور و نفوذ امنیتی-نظامی چین در منطقه منا خواهد شد. با کاربست نظریه واقع‌گرایی و روش توصیفی-تحلیلی سعی خواهد شد مباحث مربوطه مطرح و مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. روش اسنادی نیز مبنای گردآوری مطالب در این مقاله خواهد بود.
