چکیده
دیپلماسی هسته‌ای ایران و پنج به علاوة یک به دنبال توافق جامع هسته‌ای در تیرماه 1394، بیش از گذشته در معرض توجه قرار گرفته و به چالش اذهان مبدل گردیده است. از جمله چرایی‌های برخاسته از این رویداد، طرح این مسئله می‌باشد که چه عاملی موجب موفقیت و به‌ثمر‌رسیدن مذاکرات هسته‌ای دوازده‌سالة ایران با قدرت‌های جهانی شده است؟ نویسندگان با ریشه‌یابی فضای حاکم بر سیاست خارجی دو طرف دیپلماسی هسته‌ای یعنی ایران و آمریکا، مدعی آن هستند که دولت‌های یادشده برای رسیدن به اهداف سیاست خارجی، الگوی رفتاری مبتنی بر بعد نرم‌افزاری قدرت را کنش راهبردی خود قرار داده و با تعمیم این الگو به مسئلۀ هسته‌ای ایران، درصدد حل‌و‌فصل آن برآمده‌اند. بر این مبنا نوشتار حاضر پرسش مذکور را به این شکل تغییر می‌دهد که چگونه رویکرد نرم‌افزاری قدرت امکان دستیابی به توافق هسته‌ای را فراهم می‌سازد؟ در مقام فرضیه‌پردازی، نویسندگان در پاسخ به این پرسش، با بهره‌گیری از نظریۀ قدرت نرم جوزف نای و با کاربست روش توصیفی-تحلیلی مطرح می‌سازند که علی‌رغم تفاوت در اهداف، دولت‌های ایران و آمریکا در راستای اثرگذاری بر یکدیگر، از روش‌های مسالمت‌آمیزی چون مذاکره، تعامل، تغییر لحن و ادبیات، اقناع‌سازی و چندجانبه‌گرایی، برای نیل به توافق هسته‌ای و تثبیت آن بهره گرفته‌اند.
