چکیده

موضوع هسته‌ای به‌ عنوان مهم‌ترین مسألۀ سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در یک دهۀ گذشته، عرصۀ رقابت گفتمان‌های مختلف در این حوزه بوده است. هریک از سه دولت اصلاحات، اصول‌گرا و اعتدال‌گرا رویه‌های متفاوتی را در قبال موضوع هسته‌ای در پیش گرفته‌اند. برای فهم چرایی این چرخش‌ها در سیاست هسته‌ای دولت‌های مختلف، نیازمند آن هستیم که این تغییرات را به لایه‌های عمیق‌تر گفتمانی و نظام‌های معنایی ارجاع دهیم. از این ‌رو، مقالۀ حاضر با استفاده از نظریۀ گفتمان لاکلا و موف، چارچوب نظری را فراهم آورده است که به تبیین عناصر و دقایق گفتمان ناظر بر موضوع هسته‌ای در دولت احمدی نژاد و کشمکش‌ها و رقابت‌های هژمونیک میان این گفتمان و گفتمان‌های رقیب می‌پردازد. از این رو،گفتمان هسته‌ای دولت احمدی نژاد را مبتنی بر این چهارچوب نظری، از طریق بررسی گفتارهای هسته‌ای او تحلیل می‌کنیم. سؤال اصلی پژوهش آن است که نظام معنایی و گفتمان هسته‌ای حاکم بر دولت احمدی نژاد چیست و چه عواملی هژمونی و افول این گفتمان را فراهم آوردند؟ تحلیل گفتمان هسته‌ای دولت احمدی نژاد نشان می‌دهد که این گفتمان با دالّ مرکزی «مقاومت و تحمیل»، به جهت برخورداری از عوامل سیاسی بیشتر، فعال‌تر و منسجم‌تر، به‌کارگیری فرآیندهای طرد و برجسته‌سازی،‌ میزان دسترسی بالا و اعتبار بیشتر نسبت به سایر گفتمان‌های رقیب، توانست هژمونیک شود؛ اما خصلت ناپایدار سازه‌های گفتمانی منجر به ظهور ناسازهایی در گفتمان هسته‌ای دولت احمدی نژاد شد که زمینۀ ظهور و هژمونی گفتمان هسته‌ای دولت اعتدال را در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری یازدهم فراهم کرد.
