چکیده

جنوب آسیا بهویژه کشورهای هند و پاکستان از متقاضیان بزرگِ گاز و ایران و ترکمنستان ازجمله دارندگان عمدۀ منابع گاز، در منطقه و جهان محسوب میشوند. بر این اساس در سالهای گذشته برای تأمین گاز هند و پاکستان، دو خط لوله پیشنهادشده است. پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که ژئوپلیتیک خطوط لوله انتقال انرژی به شبه‌قاره هند، چه تأثیری بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارد؟ فرضیۀ مقاله بدین‌صورت است که با توجه ظرفیت‌های ژئوپلیتیک و نیز موقعیت ژئواستراتژیک جمهوری اسلامی ایران، با تلاش برای تحقق خط لوله صلح، این کشور می‌تواند به‌صورت ایجابی در تأمین امنیت ملی و افزایش وزن ژئوپلیتیک خود مؤثر باشد، اما به علت ساختار نظم ژئوپلیتیک پساجنگ سرد و محوریت هژمونی آمریکا در این نظم و مخالفت این کشور با مشارکت فعال ایران در پروژه‌های انتقال انرژی در منطقه، سیاست انزوای ژئوپلیتیک ایران و حذف آن از خطوط انتقال انرژی و یا ممانعت از شکل‌گیری آن‌ها و طرح خطوط جایگزین ازجمله تاپی به‌جای خطوطی که نقش ایران در آن پررنگ است را پیگیری می‌نماید. این پژوهش به‌روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با کمک منابع الکترونیک و کتابخانه‌ای انجام‌شده است.
