چکیده

سنجش سطح قدرت کشورها و مقایسه آن‌ها با یکدیگر یکی از موضوعات مورد بررسی در دانش ژئوپلیتیک است. دانش ژئوپلیتیک به معنای استفاده بهینه از منابع جغرافیایی قدرت در مناسبات بین بازیگران است. براین‌اساس سؤال اصلی تحقیق بدین صورت مطرح می‌گردد که وضعیت قدرت اقتصادی کشور فرانسه در مقایسه با رقبای منطقه‌ای خود چگونه است؟ برای پاسخگویی به این سؤال از روش تحقیق به‌صورت توصیفی – تحلیلی و هدف آن نیز کاربردی استفاده شده است. تحقیق حاضر در دو بعد صورت گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می-دهد که باتوجه به مزیت‌ها و قابلیت‌های فرانسه در مقایسه با کشورهای موردنظر نوعی رقابت‌پذیری وجود دارد که می‌تواند میزان قدرت اقتصادی فرانسه را باتوجه‌به منابع و قابلیت‌های سایر کشورها در منطقه ترسیم نماید. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهد که مهم‌ترین مزیت‌های قدرت فرانسه در برابر رقبا (نروژ، بلژیک، کرواسی،و ... ) شامل ظرفیت نوآوری، صادرات تکنولوژی سطح بالا، سطح تکنولوژی علمی، جذب سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی و اقتصاد دانش محور به ترتیب استراتژیک‌ترین منابع و قابلیت‌های اقتصادی برای تبدیل شدن به قدرت اقتصادی بوده‌اند. و متغیرهایی مانند تردیدها و عدم اطمینانی که مردم نسبت به وضعیت اجتماعی و اقتصادی، با دوام‌ترین مشکل و مسئله فراروی قدرت اقتصادی فرانسه محسوب می‌شوند. میزان تسلط بر بازارهای جهانی، سهم در تجارت جهانی با امتیاز 4، شاخص جینی با امتیاز 3.9، تولید ناخالص داخلی و سرمایه‌گذاری خارج از مرز با امتیاز 3.7، پیچیدگی اقتصادی با امتیاز 3.6، صادرات سطح تکنولوژی بالا با امتیاز 3.5 به ترتیب استراتژیک‌ترین منابع و قابلیت‌های اقتصادی کشور فرانسه برای تبدیل شدن به قدرت اقتصادی بوده‌اند.
