چکیده
سیاست خارجی قدرت های بزرگ در روند تحولات و مسائل بین المللی و منطقه ای از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار بوده است. کشور سوریه تقریبا بیش از پنج سال است که با معضلی به نام تروریسم دست به گریبان شده است. از ابتدای شروع منازعات، قدرت های بزرگ هریک به نوعی نسبت به این بحران واکنش نشان دادند. ایران که از ابتدای پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی متحدی استراتژیک برای سوریه به حساب می آمد، به طور علنی به حمایت از دولت بشار اسد برخاست و با انواع کمک های مالی و نظامی، حمایت همه جانبه خود را از دولت بشار اسد به جامعه جهانی نشان داد. از دیگر سو، سوریه برای فرانسه یک کشور تاثیر گذار به حساب می آید و تحولات سیاسی این کشور و آینده آن برای فرانسه مهم به شمار می رود. فرانسه اولین کشوری بود که ائتلاف نیروهای مخالف سوری را تنها نماینده مشروع مردم سوریه به رسمیت شناخت، اما این مواضع تند به دنبال حملات تروریستی که در 13 نوامبر 2015 توسط گروه تروریستی داعش صورت پذیرفت، به نوعی تعدیل شد و باعث شد که فرانسه سیاست خارجی خود را در قبال سوربه تغییر دهد. این مقاله سعی دارد به این سوال بپردازد که جهت گیری سیاست خارجی ایران و فرانسه در قبال بحران سوریه چگونه بوده است؟ مفروض مقاله این است که سیاست خارجی ایران در قبال تحولات سوریه در مسیر حفظ وضع موجود (بقای بشار اسد) استوار است و فرانسه در سیاست خارجی خود در قبال این تحولات، سیاست تهاجمی در قالب همگرایی محتاطانه با آمریکا را برگزیده است.
