Biden insists that Tehran return to its JCPOA obligations; Meanwhile, Iranian officials admit that before any action by Tehran, Washington should actually cancel all sanctions. In this way, the main question of the research is, what approach has the Biden government adopted towards the nuclear issue of Iran? The hypothesis of the article is that Biden's policy towards Iran's peaceful nuclear program is the use of intelligent power in the form of negotiation and pressure; In such a way that Washington, while convincing Tehran to return to the JCPOA, in line with exerting pressure on Iran by creating limitations for the country's nuclear program and missile and regional power, as well as extending or launching sanctions. Human rights reform is taking place, which can lead to weakening and regional isolation of Tehran in the Middle East. The research findings show; The Biden government has adopted hard and soft diplomacy regarding Iran's nuclear case; In such a way that while convincing Tehran to return to the JCPOA, Washington has simultaneously tried to threaten Iran's peaceful nuclear program and create limitations in it through the methods of sanctions and global consensus against Iran. . Qualitative analysis method was used for data analysis. هم‌اکنون دولت بایدن انگیزه‌هایی برای بهبود روابط ایران و آمریکا و بازگرداندن توافق هسته‌ای ایران دارد. بایدن اصرار دارد که تهران به تعهدات برجامی خود برگردد؛ این در حالی است که مقامات ایران اذعان دارند که قبل از هر اقدامی از سوی تهران، واشنگتن باید در عمل همه تحریم‌ها را لغو کند. بدین ترتیب، سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که دولت بایدن نسبت به مسأله هسته‌ای ایران چه رویکردی را اتخاذ کرده است؟ فرضیه مقاله این است که سیاست بایدن در قبال برنامه صلح‌آمیز هسته‌ای ایران، بهره‌گیری از قدرت هوشمند در قالب مذاکره و فشار است؛ به گونه‌ای که واشنگتن ضمن قانع کردن تهران برای بازگشت به برجام، در راستای اعمال فشار بر ایران از طریق ایجاد محدودیـت بـرای برنامـه هسـته‌ای و قدرت موشـکی و منطقه‌ای این کشور و همچنیـن تمدیـد و یـا راه‌انـدازی تحریم‌هـای جدیـد حقـوق بشـری گام بر می‌دارد که این امر می‌تواند به تضعیف و انزوای منطقه‌ای تهران در خاورمیانه منجر شود. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد؛ دولت بایدن در قبال پرونده هسته‌ای ایران دیپلماسی سخت و نرم را در پیش گرفته است؛ به گونه‌ای که واشنگتن ضمن متقاعد کردن تهران برای بازگشت به برجام، همزمان در تلاش برای تهدید جلوه دادن برنامه صلح‌آمیز هسته‌ای ایران و ایجاد محدودیــت در آن از طریــق روش‌هــای تحریــم و اجماع‌ســازی جهانــی علیــه ایــران برآمده است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیلِ کیفی استفاده شده است. https://irlip.um.ac.ir/article_48010_267d75d87bcfad92d399d981b73e1e33.pdf
