Various factors can be mentioned for this insecurity, one of which has been the competition of foreign actors in Afghanistan.The present study seeks to answer the question of what consequences the US-Iranian rivalry and conflict have had for Afghanistan's national security?The research hypothesis is that the US-Iran conflict in Afghanistan has weakened Afghanistan's national security by increasing the armed conflict, weakening the Afghan government , and reducing the growth of trade relations between Iran and Afghanistan.To test the hypothesis, the theoretical framework of national security and explanatory method have been used. In this regard, on the one hand, some regional and international issues in dispute between the two countries and on the other hand, some differences between them regarding Afghanistan, have provided the ground for competition and conflict between them in Afghanistan.Therefore, the policy of the two countries towards Afghanistan has a completely security basis and the pursuit of the parties to ensure their national interests has led them to act against each other's interests in Afghanistan.The findings show that these measures have implications for Afghanistan's national security in military, political and economic dimensions.}, keywords = {"national security',"Afghanistan","competition","Conflict"}, title_fa = {تبیین امنیت‌ملی افغانستان در پرتو منازعه امریکا و ایران (2001-2021)}, abstract_fa = {دوره بیست ساله حضور امریکا در افغانستان پس از سال 2001 یکی از دوره‌‌هایی بود که طی آن کماکان منازعه و ناامنی در افغانستان رواج داشت. عوامل مختلفی برای این ناامنی می‌توان ذکر کرد که یکی از آنها، رقابت‌های خارجی در میدان افغانستان بوده است. اکنون که حضور مستقیم نظامی امریکا در افغانستان به پایان رسیده، فرصت مناسبی برای بررسی پیامدهای حضور این کشور برای امنیت افغانستان از منظرهای مختلف است. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که رقابت و منازعه آمریکا و ایران چه پیامدهایی برای امنیت‌ ملی افغانستان به همراه داشته است؟ فرضیه‌ی پژوهش این است که منازعه آمریکا و ایران در میدان افغانستان از بعد نظامی با افزایش منازعات مسلحانه، از بعد سیاسی با تضعیف دولت مرکزی، و از بعد اقتصادی با کاهش رشد مناسبات تجاری میان ایران و افغانستان باعث تضعیف امنیت‌ ملی افغانستان شده است. جهت بررسی فرضیه‌ از چارچوب نظری امنیت‌ ملی و روش تبیینی استفاده شده است. در این راستا، از یکسو برخی مسائل منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی مورد منازعه میان دو کشور و از سوی دیگر برخی اختلافات میان آنان در رابطه با افغانستان، زمینه‌ی رقابت و منازعه میان آنها در میدان افغانستان را فراهم آورده است. از این رو سیاست‌گذاری دو کشور در قبال افغانستان کاملا مبنای امنیتی داشته و پیگیری طرفین جهت تامین منافع ملی خود منجر به اقدام آنان علیه منافع یکدیگر در خاک افغانستان شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که اقدامات مذکور پیامدهایی برای امنیت‌ملی افغانستان در ابعاد نظامی، سیاسی و اقتصادی به همراه داشته است.}, keywords_fa = {"امنیت‌ملی","افغانستان","رقابت","منازعه"}, url = {https://irlip.um.ac.ir/article_42891.html}, eprint = {https://irlip.um.ac.ir/article_42891_b1757ae7aed3caf32d0e2039c306b3fe.pdf} }
